The mission- I love to know I am contributing my talent and energy to an organization that is increasing access to study abroad for students of all backgrounds. The fast pace is exciting and has allowed me to learn a lot in a short amount of time. The teammates – simply put, the humans that work at Verto are great! Many of us have had transformative experiences abroad ourselves; all of us care about the mission of Verto. The remote-first environment: We are a remote and globally distributed team. As such, our team has intentional practices to encourage team-building, cross-departmental conversations, and fun time, even in the virtual space.

I chose to work at Verto because of my time abroad! I wish I would’ve traveled before/earlier on in college so I love being part of an organization that helps with that! I am liking the growth I’m seeing at Verto and I also think it’s a great place to grow in your career. I’ve made lifelong friends with coworkers as well which is exciting and makes the work more fun.
