$500 Registration Fee

This one-time fee covers hotel accommodations, all meals, and all group activities during the event.

Please note that this does not cover travel insurance or international/domestic travel. All transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the participant.

We are committed to making this conference accessible to all. If the registration fee presents a financial barrier for your university or institution, please email us (universitypartnerships@vertoeducation.org) to discuss the option of a waiver.

Arriving on-site

Participants will be responsible for their own airfare arrangements to and from Seville, Spain.

The Seville airport (SVQ) is called Sevilla San Pablo and is situated on the northeast outskirts of Seville, just 10 km from the city center.

There are limited direct flights from the US to Seville, so for many travelers, flying to Madrid’s Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) and continuing by train to Seville (2.5 hours) may be a better option.

Summit attendees will be hosted at a central Seville hotel within just a few minutes walking distance of the Seville Study Center in the central, historic Arenal neighborhood. More details to come!

Arrival

Participants should plan to arrive on Sunday, November 9th (hotel check-in from the afternoon) in time for our Welcome Dinner in the evening. However, an optional activity will be offered for attendees arriving earlier, so please stay tuned for details before booking your flight. The full itinerary for sessions and activities is forthcoming!

  • Get out and about to explore the culture and cuisine of this beautiful, historical city

We plan to continue expanding our session content this year to dive deeper into enhancing your Verto partnership year-over-year, sharing case studies of different models and best practices, and more. Align Your Trip With Other Industry Events in Europe:

Participants who are planning to attend the CIS Global Forum in Seville from November 13-14 are in luck! The Verto Partner Summit will be held on the three days before the CIS Global Forum, and since both events take place in Seville this year, travel logistics will be easier than in past years.
