Verto will cover
- Accommodation for 3 nights (Nov 10-13)

Verto will NOT cover
International and domestic transportation to site visit
Arriving on-site
Participants will be responsible for their own airfare arrangements to and from Florence, Italy.
The Florence airport (FLR) is called Amerigo Vespucci and is situated on the north-west outskirts of Florence, just 4 km from the city center.
There are limited direct flights from the US to Florence, so for many travelers, flying to Rome’s Fiumicino “Leonardo Da Vinci” Airport (FCO) and continuing by train to Florence (1.5 hours) may be a better option.
Lodging Info
Summit attendees will be hosted at the Anglo American Hotel Florence, Curio Collection by Hilton. This 19-century historical hotel reopened in March 2024 after a complete renovation, and is within a 3-minute walking distance to the Verto Study Center in central Florence.

Program Schedule
Itinerary details coming soon! Participants should plan to arrive on Sunday, November 10th (hotel check-in from afternoon) in time for our Welcome Reception and Dinner at 6:00pm local time. The Summit will end on Wednesday morning, following breakfast at the host hotel.

- Connect with your student cohort, if you have students on-site in Florence
- Get out and about to explore the culture and cuisine of this beautiful, historical city

If you’ve attended our previous Partner Summits in Seville or London, we are thrilled to welcome you back to experience Verto Florence! We plan to expand our session content this year to dive deeper into enhancing your Verto partnership year-over-year, sharing case studies of different models and best practices, and more. Align Your Trip With Other Industry Events in Europe:
Participants who are planning to attend the NACAC Global Universities Fair in London, UK on November 9, and/or the CIS Global Forum in Basel, Switzerland from November 14-15, can travel to or from Verto’s Partner Summit in Florence.

Participants will be responsible for their own airfare arrangements to and from Seville Spain.
Seville can be reached through Sevilla International Airport (SVQ), located 25 minutes away from the city centre by car.
