Yes, if you are not an EU/Swiss citizen, you will need a student visa to study at HIM Business School. Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the duration of your studies. It’s important to start preparing early, as the visa process can take several weeks or even months.

Following your acceptance and confirmation payment, you will receive your enrollment letter to apply for your visa (if applicable).

*For non-EU students, you will need to apply for a student visa at the nearest Swiss Embassy or Consulate with your confirmation letter and proof of payment. The absolute decision is made by Swiss authorities and can take up to 12 weeks.

Once you have confirmed your enrollment at HIM Business School, it is strongly recommended that you begin the Swiss student visa process immediately. Most students should plan to start the process 3–4 months before their program start date to allow sufficient time for gathering documents, scheduling embassy or consulate appointments, and visa processing.

Because processing times can vary and delays may occur, starting early is essential to ensure a smooth arrival and avoid last-minute issues.
