At-a-Glance

Verto offers the only international, academic travel experience that partners with colleges to give full class credit so students graduate in four years.

Meaningful Academics

Verto Education's Mission:

Our mission is to provide an affordable and innovative way for students to incorporate travel into their four year college experience. Spending a few months abroad before diving into the typical college grind allows students to show up on campus rejuvenated with a better understanding of themselves and what they want to do with their lives.

Do it correctly

Verto Education's Values:

Verto Education was founded to make travel the path of least resistance to a college education (and degree). We believe in inclusion, transparency, access, equity and, above all, the power of travel to foster empathy and kindness across cultures.

How it works

What Verto Education Offers:

An affordable, accredited overseas academic program for a half or full year.

An affordable, accredited overseas academic program for a half or full year. Verto was designed to give students the opportunity to see new countries while graduating in four years at the same cost, if not less, than your typical semester of college. Our programs were intentionally designed to set students up for success at college.

Guaranteed admission to a top Verto partner college

When students are accepted to Verto, they're automatically accepted to at least one of Verto's partner colleges. Students apply to the Verto program and partner colleges and universities simultaneously through a single common application. Accepted students are given a slot in the second semester freshman year or first semester sophomore year based on their preference.

A well-rounded international experience focused on personal growth

Programs are designed to foster self-discovery through journaling, mindfulness training, mentorship, service learning programs and a homestay experience. Weekly structured reflection which gives students a sense of who they are and want they want from their university career.
